Product Description

This rare white wine from the Badacsony region in Hungary is a single-vineyard variety made from 100% Kéknyelű grapes. Fermented in stainless steel and matured in oak for four months, it has a bright and creamy texture with flavors of tangy lemon, fleshy white peach, a hint of white pepper, and persistent salinity from the region's basalt soils. Founded in 2009 by Gábor Ádám, Sabar is a small winery located in the heart of the Badacsony region. This elegant wine has received 92 points and Double Gold at the 2024 Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge.
