Smoke resin remover is a highly concentrated, water-based and actively foaming intensive cleaner that is used for removing smoke resin deposits, resinified greases, protein residues and oils. The cleaner is NSF certified and is primarily used in the food industry. It can be used to clean exhaust hoods and exhaust ducts in large kitchens and restaurant kitchens, as well as canteens. The cleaner effectively removes deposits from ventilation ducts, or burnt-in residue from grills, bread and pizza ovens. The cleaner can also easily dissolve smoke resin deposits in smoking chambers, and is used to clean the air recirculation system in these chambers. For maintenance, the cleaner, which contains no phosphates or solvents, can also be used in an ultrasonic bath or for immersion processes, e.g. to effectively clean machine parts.
