TASTING NOTES. The 2020 Guinea Fowl Red is a Bordeaux-style blend of 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Malbec, 19% Cabernet Franc, and 18% Merlot. It opens with rich aromas of blackcurrant, plum, and crushed blueberries, layered with subtle notes of roasted coffee and dark chocolate. On the palate, it’s full-bodied yet elegant, with a dense but finely grained tannin structure and excellent balance. A vibrant New World red wine that maintains poise and refinement.. FOOD PAIRING.
