Higher Education in a Postdigital World : Learning Everywhere

Learning Everywhere invites readers to engage in a radical re-conceptualisation of learning spaces by challenging definitions of what counts as a learning space, and asserting that bounded learning spaces are insufficient for learning in a postdigital era. Chapters explore how learning spaces have expanded and evolved, and how learners navigate, connect, and apply structured and unstructured learning to answer three main questions:• What kinds of learning spaces might enable social, emotional, cognitive, and moral/ethical/spiritual identity development in postdigital learning environments?• How is learning to be negotiated, constructed and embodied as a social practice within dynamic cultural contexts in the postdigital age?• How do learners and educators design, experience and assess learning within and across various learning domains?This book will encourage educators across disciplines to reimagine learning and development for a postdigital age.
