Bravo BBQ: Authentic Argentine Roast Cooking Experience

The class will feature high-end wines from our country accompanied by pasture-raised cuts of meat and seasonal organic vegetables.This experience is perfect to live as a couple or group. Once we are all there we will give them their toothbrush, toothpaste, board, tweezers and knife.We will begin with the first ritual: lighting the fire, and then go through the preparation of the mother sauces for the Argentine barbecue.We will put our cuts of meat in the kitchen so that once they are done we can taste what we cook.
