The Handlebars go through 35 individual steps and processes in the production, with 58 separate quality checks made. This is then followed by a 15 step anodising process which forms an integral coating giving protection against corrosion and finally a positioning grid is 'Laser etched' into each bar helping you to get the most accurate and quick set up possible.
