These units are very useful for stockrooms as their width makes for large and accessible areas for a wide variety of stock and other business supplies. Like most shelf systems this unit comes in a choice of starter bays and extension bays. If you need a self-contained unit then buy a starter bay as this has four uprights. If you then need extra storage alongside that unit an extension bay can be added. These extension bays have only two uprights so will not stand up on their own so must be fixed to a starter bay. There's a wide range of sizes available with shelving widths with the smallest starting at 915mm and the largest measuring 1830mm wide. Load capacities of this widespan shelving varies depending on the size of the unit. These shelving units are incredibly quick and easy to assemble as they just clip together. The shelves are adjustable so you can choose how far apart you put each shelf depending on the items you intend to store the shelves are adjustable at 50mm intervals.
