Combining our industrial-grade BiG400 racking with our Value Pick Bins at a low cost The BiG400 racking is easy to construct, fully adjustable, and can support weights of up to 400kg Udl* on each chipboard shelf, making it ideal for the factory, commercial workshop, or assembly and repair applications. The profiled steel beams, finished in powder-coated blue and high visibility orange, simply tap together to form a sturdy, robust framework appropriate for both rigorous commercial use and industrial-weight loads. Three 15mm-thick chipboard shelves fit flush against the beams and inside the steel uprights. This improves the overall strength and rigidity of the racking and provides a tidy, snag-free finish to the bay. Our custom-fitting Value Pick Bins are included in the Picking Bin Kit. The stackable bins are made of twin-wall, fluted polypropylene and can be utilised in the racking bay or as a stand-alone picking wall. They come in two sizes and are delivered flat-packed.
