Combining our industrial-grade BiG400 Racking with our premium-quality, plastic parts bins at a great value price Suitable for the factory, the commercial workshop or for assembly and repair applications, the BiG400 frame is constructed from European-sourced steel and finished in powder-coated blue and high visibility orange. It is easy to assemble, fully adjustable and can hold loads of up to 400kg Udl* on each of its shelves. The high-density, 15mm-thick chipboard shelves are each supported with a central support beam and sit on top of profiled, steel beams. Using the simple assembly principles of the boltless, stud-and-keyhole design, the modular construction of the racking means that its shelves can be adjusted on a 38mm pitch. The BiG400 Racking kit comes supplied with our custom-fitting parts bins. Manufactured from impact-resistant, food-grade thermoplastic, the bins are reinforced on the sides and in the base. Wide-front openings and open tops aid identification of content and simplify picking. The bins are also fully stackable so can be used for stand-alone storage.
