The BiG400 frame is suitable for the factory, commercial workshop, or assembly and maintenance applications, and is made of European-sourced steel and powder-coated blue and high visibility orange. It is simple to put together, fully adjustable, and can support loads of up to 400kg Udl* on each of its shelves. Each of the high-density, 15mm-thick chipboard shelves is supported by a central support beam and sits on top of profiled steel beams. The racking's modular construction allows its shelves to be adjusted on a 38mm pitch by utilising the simple installation principles of the boltless, stud-and-keyhole design. The BiG400 Racking system includes our custom-fitting parts bins. The bins are made of impact-resistant, food-grade thermoplastic and are reinforced on the sides and bottom. Wide front openings and open tops improve in content identification and make selection easier. The bins are also fully stackable, allowing them to be utilised as stand-alone storage.
