The product can be held at the appropriate height to ensure the operator can work ergonomically and more easily, for example when parts are being put into, or taken out of, storage. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel (including pump and piston), this model is particularly suitable for work in damp environments where cleanliness and hygiene play a major role, and where corrosion could also occur if corrosive acids or saline solutions are used. Hardwearing and reliable single-piece stainless steel pump, including: - Piston: the single-stage stroke piston is very reliable and ensures maximum stability even under heavy loads. - Maximum pressure relief valve: safety device that protects the pallet truck from overloading. When the pressure in the hydraulic circuit exceeds the set calibration value equivalent to the maximum nominal flow rate, the valve automatically locks the forks. The control unit enables the forks to enter the closed side of the pallet by lifting it slightly, which makes subsequent work steps easier to complete. In addition, greater machine stability is achieved by using loading rollers and front stabilisers as standard features. The rear stabilisers make work even safer, even when the working height exceeds 400 mm or very heavy objects are lifted as well.
