The adult pads are suitable for anyone over the age of 8 years old as they are slightly larger and the child ones are for children under the age of 8. The pads come with clear images on how and where to attach them to the body and are quick and easy to use by peeling back the film and applying to the specific area using the self adhesive on the pad. They can be pre-connected to the AED or stored as a replacement as they have a shelf life of 2 years.
