ALUSTAR 200 is a low residue and low foam cleaner that is particularly suitable for use in parts cleaning machines such as the hot water parts washer (HTW) or high pressure parts washers (BIO-CIRCLE HP and HP Vigo). The cleaner is used for medium to heavy grease, oil and pigment contamination in machine cleaning processes and can be used for aluminium, zinc plated surfaces, non-ferrous metals, steel, stainless steel and plastic. It is alkaline (pH 13) and free of phosphates and solvents. The demulsifying property makes it possible to remove deposits of oils and greases, for example, by means of plate phase separators. This enables a long service life of the cleaning agent. Due to its high concentration, ALUSTAR 200 can be used with water in a mixing ratio of 3% to 5%. The cleaner has also been developed as a low temperature cleaning agent and can therefore be used effectively at room temperature.
