This auto-darkening welding helmet instantly switches on when the arc is struck and rapidly changes to 9-13 shade level. The dark shade, sensitivity and delay time are adjustable using control knobs. The helmet is powered by a solar cell and a lithium-ion battery (replaceable). The 92.5 x 42.5mm viewing area provides very good visibility of the weld zone.
