Be awestruck in the landscape's every direction, from the deep valleys to the jagged mountain peaks. Once again, wildlife lovers will get a thrill from Ethiopia's animal range: over 20 large mammal species and over 130 bird species reside in the park. Amongst these, you can spot the gelada baboon, the carcal (large cat), and the three meter wing-spanned lammergeier (bearded vulture). Endangered species can also be found, including the Ethiopian wolf and the Walia Ibex, a wild goat found nowhere else in the world.
