Bartoline 1876 Med Wallpaper Adhesive 5Kg Bartoline 1876 Medium Grade Ready Mixed Wallcovering Adhesive is specially formulated for professional use and is ideal for hanging luxury vinyl (both paper and fabric backed), textile and hessian wallcoverings. It can also be used for applying polystyrene tiles and coving and polystyrene veneers. Bartoline Medium Grade Wallcovering Adhesive has strong initial tack combined with excellent slip properties for exacting pattern matching. With powerful final adhesion, it is recommended for use with most wallpaper makes and brands. COVERAGEBartoline Ready Mixed Wallcovering Adhesive covers approximately 5 square metres per Kilo. PREPARATIONSurfaces should be sound, dry, clean and free from damp, dust and grease. Very porous surfaces should be treated with a suitable primer or alternatively a 1 to 1 mix of adhesive and water. APPLICATIONTo open: break seal and lift lid. Always follow the wallcovering manufacturer's instructions. Unless indicated otherwise, apply Bartoline Wallcovering Adhesive to the reverse of the wallcovering, ensuring complete and even coverage. Apply by brush, roller or finely notched spatula. Avoid getting adhesive on the patterned side of the paper. Any accidental splashes should be removed immediately with a clean, damp cloth or sponge. CLEANING & STORAGEDuring use, wipe any excess adhesive with a damp cloth. After use, all tools (and cloth if applicable) should be cleaned with water before adhesive sets. Resulting washings should be placed in a closed container and not be flushed down the drain. Sealed Containers of washings & product leftovers should be disposed of at a local household waste collection point (for consumers) or by contracting a waste management company (for professionals). Following these instructions will prevent the release of synthetic polymer microparticles to the environment. Store in a cool, dry place keeping lid closed. Protect from frost.
