This classic Lomo-style air dried ham from Cobble Lane Cured is made using the prized eye of British pork loin - the leanest, most tender cut available. They cure it by hand in salt, before rubbing with olive oil, garlic and a touch of smoked paprika and aging as a boneless ham for up to 4 months.. You'll receive 3 x 60g packs of sliced ham (180g in total).. Every single product is made using high-welfare, heritage breed British meat, which is lovingly handcrafted by the CLC team in Islington.
