The Tripod Mounting Bracket Allows You To Convert Your Camera Tripod Into An Easel. The Bracket Can Be Fixed To The Centre Of Your Drawing Board Or Pochade Box, And By Using The Standard Tripod 1/4" Thread In The Centre Of The Adaptor, Can Then Be Fixed To Your Camera Tripod.Boards Must Be A Minimum Of 10mm Thick To Stop The Screws From Damaging The Drawing Surface. The Adaptor Can Be Glued To Thinner Pieces Of Plywood Or Hardboard Drawing Boards With Suitable Wood Glue. In This Case, Screws Are Not Required. PVA Wood Glue Can Be Used In Addition To The Screws If Attaching It To A Heavy Board Or Pochade Box. The Top Side Of The Bracket Has Been Lacquered, While The Base Has Been Left Untreated To Allow The Glue To Better Adhere To The Surface.Handmade In The UK From Beech Plywood. Dimensions: The Distance Between The Holes Is Around 7 - 7.1cm, And The Dimensions At The Widest Point Are 9 X 9cm. The Centre Hole Is About 5.2mm And Is Designed For A Standard 1/4-20 UNC Screw.
