Primula bulleesiana

Bringing together the best traits from both of its candelabra primula parents, Primula bulleyana and Primula beesiana, Primula x bulleesiana hybrids represent a fantastic new colour mix of this ever-popular perennial. A rainbow of pastel pink, peach, apricot, orange, cream and mauve blooms are held in tiered clusters along the upright stems, each tier opening about a week apart to give a long flowering season. Thriving in damp soil, candelabra primulas are fantastic hardy perennials for bringing vivid colour to shady areas, stream-sides, pond margins and bog gardens. They pair beautifully with foliage shade plants such as hostas and ferns. Plant Primula x bulleesiana in groups to light up shady corners with a vibrant and long-lasting display throughout late spring and early summer.  Height and spread: 60cm (24in).Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size.
