This garment can even double up as a workwear jacket too. The removable hood function on this light jacket makes it very practical for year round use in a wide variety of outdoor activities. This hooded softshell jacket is made from recycled polyester for a sustainable and environmentally friendly option to traditional softshell without breaking the bank. The jacket is lined with microfleece for light, compact and efficient insulation. The 3 layers of this softshell design give protection from rain and wind, and also traps air for added warmth. The YKK zippers are colour coordinated throughout, including 3 external zipped pockets, 2 on the side, 1 on the chest. There are 2 internal pockets for added functionality. This summer jacket also makes a great spring jacket, and autumn jacket too! The jacket features elasticated hem and adjustable velcro cuffs for added protection from the elements. The rear of the hem is dropped for fit and wind protection from the rear. The materials used in this garment are certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100: every component has been tested for harmful substances and is harmless for human health. Recycled polyester is monitored at all stages of production to ensure the correct processes are being followed to attain certification.
