Chlorine Resistant Swimwear Lycra Four Way Stretch Knit Fabric

A fantastic quality chlorine resistant activewear fabric from the Minerva Core Range collection. Activewear is a very stretchy knit fabric that stretches in all directions and has fantastic recovery, which means it pings back into shape after it is stretched. Our swimwear activewear fabric is chlorine resistant which means it will stand up to chlorine in swimming pools and stand the test of time. This fabric weighs approx. 185gsm which puts it into our medium weight category here at Minerva. It is made from a blend of 85% polyester and 15% elastane fibres which give this fabric its fantastic four way stretch. It is ideal for making swimming costumes and bikinis but can also be used for sewing sportswear such as leggings, bra tops, leotards and unitards. It can also be used to sew tops and bodycon styles for your everyday wardrobe.
