Conimbriga and The Roman Tour

The Veado Verde / Green Deer invites you to live an experience in ancient Roman lands. Learn about Roman habits and traditions so deeply rooted in and around the ruins of Conimbriga. Let us show you their source of water and the beginning of the aqueduct in an ancient castellum, the ruins of the quasi-imperial Conimbriga with its House of the Fountains and enjoy its wonderful garden scenes, mythological passages, seasons, monsters, birds and sea animals. We will also have the opportunity to visit the PO.RO.S - Roman Portugal Museum in Sicó, the newest museum, integrated in the Roman legacy tour.
