Plant-Based Ragu with Carlin Peas (500g)

Made with pioneering Symplicity mince which is made through a process of fermenting vegetables, developing a great umami-like richness of flavour which can be surprising in a vegetarian mince. We’ve paired it with Carlin peas, carrots, celery, onions and roasted red pepper, with a rich tomato ragu sauce flavoured with oregano, lime zest, chilli flakes and smoked paprika.
