The number '1' and the words 'World's Best' are fixed. The reverse of the mug can be personalised with a message over 4 lines up to 20 characters per line. For the role on the front of the mug, please avoid entering your personalisation in block capitals as this may make the text difficult to read. On the reverse all personalisation will automatically appear in UPPERCASE. Please refrain from using special characters as this may impair the quality of the personalisation and in some cases cause it to be missed off the product. Hand washing is recommended. Follow the link to submit the personalised details you require. If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email.
