Ben Lovering Will Guide You Through The Basics Of Painting Trees In Oils, Showing How To Capture Their Unique Character, Rhythm And Gesture. You’ll Learn How Light, Atmosphere, Edges And Brushwork Can Transform Your Painting And Bring Your Subject To Life, While Developing Practical Skills To Strengthen Your Painting Skills. Splitting His Time Between Teaching, The Studio And Outdoors, Ben Often Begins His Paintings En Plein Air Before Developing Them Into Larger, Expressive Oil Works. He Studied Illustration At Falmouth University And UAL, Later Deepening His Practice At London Fine Art Studios, Where He Trained In Classical Drawing And Painting Techniques, With A Particular Focus On Plein Air.
