Organic Sausages - Pork and Leek

Gazegill handmade organic sausages are made from prime cuts of our organic pork reared at Gazegill Organic Farm. The casings are also natural, filled with organic rare breed pork and organic seasoning. So altogether these are meatier and more satisfying than most bangers out there.  Gazegill organic sausages contain no preservatives, colouring or additives, so please eat within 5 days or freeze on day of arrival. Most sausages contain E-numbers, sulphites, emulsifiers, preservatives to extend their shelf life, but this goes against Gazegill's ethos of natural, clean, healthy 100% grass-fed organic meat so the sausages are preservative free. Please note: If you wish to freeze our sausages, we recommend removing them from the packaging and placing them in a freezer bag to prevent the sausages from sticking to the packaging. After using various types of sausage packaging over the years, Gazegill have found our current packaging has the best balance of being eco-friendly, as well as keeping the sausages safe in transit.  Ingredients: Sea Salt, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Ground Ginger, Organic Cracked Black Pepper, Organic Nutmeg, Organic Coriander, Organic Leeks.
