Organic Pork and Cracked Black Pepper Sausage

Gazegill Organic's handmade organic sausages are made from prime cuts from organic pork reared at Gazegill Organic Farm. The casings are also natural, filled with organic rare breed pork and organic seasoning. So altogether these are meatier and more satisfying than most bangers out there.  These organic sausages contain no preservatives, colouring or additives, so please eat within 5 days or freeze on day of arrival. Most sausages contain E-numbers, sulphites, emulsifiers, preservatives to extend their shelf life, but this goes against Gazegill Organic's ethos of natural, clean, healthy 100% grass-fed organic meat so their sausages, burgers and meatballs are preservative free. Please note: If you wish to freeze these sausages, we recommend removing them from the packaging and placing them in a freezer bag to prevent the sausages from sticking to the packaging.
