Bramblebee Farm raise a mixture of hardy native breeds Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Hereford and Belted Galloways all crossed with Galloway Bulls providing you with good tasting beef, from traditional breeds. Paul believes that it is the quality of his grass that makes his Native Bred Beef taste so superb, his ethos is “great, healthy grass produces delicious, healthy beef”. The cattle are grazed through the summer on the RSPB Ouse washes at Welney Cambridgeshire where they graze the natural flood lands. Grazing on the farm contains some old pastures and clover rich grasses Bramblebee Farm try their best to use as little man made fertilisers as possible. The farm produce's all it's own hay and silage for home feeding in the winter and bale straw of neighbours fields waste vegetables and apples are fed to all the livestock along with the correct minerals.
