Use the Bokashi Bran in your Bokashi Bin to speed up the break down of your food waste. A dry mixture of bran and molasses that has been inoculated with beneficial microorganisms, Bokashi Bran is a carefully controlled mixture of microscopic bacteria, yeasts and fungi.
