Crafted from 3.5mm forged hard anodised aluminium, the pan offers rapid heat and even heat distribution for more thorough cooking with no heat spots, whilst a riveted steel handle offers comfort and easy manoeuvrability. Our Superior Ceramic non-stick coating is 10x stronger than standard non-stick coatings and offers superior food release and healthy cooking with minimal oil required, whilst it is also free from PFAS, PFOA, Lead and Cadmium. The pan is oven safe up to 220C, whilst the full induction base allows for use on any hob type including induction for greater cooking versatility. It is dishwasher safe for simple and fuss free cleaning, although handwash is recommended to keep the ceramic coating in pristine condition.
