The pre-paired Midnight Square doorbell uses a high-powered lithium battery that ensures good transmission strength to cope with multiple solid brick walls and double-glazed doors. The tightly sealed doorbell button has been certified IP55 weatherproof to ensure durability and no water penetration. The doorbell button has a visual alert feature using a subtle LED light which illuminates when activated. This helps notify the "ringer" that the doorbell has been activated and prevents them from attempting multiple rings. The LED notification feature on the receiver illuminates the doorbell chime as a secondary alert feature.
