'Air' is the third limited release in 'The Four Elements' series from Bimber distillery, based in London. Aged in a single ex-bourbon cask (#275) and bottled in March 2023. One of only 257 bottles released.. This is one of only 257 bottles released.. Bimber is a whisky distillery located in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
