A first for Flint! We're all huge fans of the Charmat Rose, but newly released, Charmat White is super complex and unique. It's made with a blend of sustainably grown, aromatic varieties that require minimum intervention in the vineyard. With a crisp palate of melon and green apple leading to a bright finish, it makes a great aperitif. It's fun, vibrant and full of fresh lemon. Flint were the first producer in the UK to start fermenting a sparkling wine using the Charmat method of production. Unlike the traditional method used in Champagne, the secondary fermentation is completed in a tank rather than bottle giving a more approachable style. This wine is uniquely English and makes a fantastic aperitif for summer days.
