75cl / 12.5% - Guillaume Sergent's family has been making wine for two centuries. He works his vineyards organically and biodynamically to make wines that are beautifully linear and mineral. Delicate florals, nutmeg and lavender come through on the nose, while the palate gives rhubarb, red fruits and a deep, long finish.
