The Cotswolds Distillery, located in the picturesque English area of outstanding natural beauty, produces a super fruity style of whisky. This no-age-statement single malt is made using 100% local, floor-malted barley and matured in ex-peated quarter casks. It's bottled at cask strength for a big flavour. Notes of honey and butterscotch are layered with light fruits, such as peaches and apricots, and a hint of subtle peat notes. Delicious served neat, but would also make a great Old Fashioned with muscovado sugar syrup and an orange twist.
