Burnt Mill Tapawera is our annual collaboration with Loughran Brewers Select and Hop Revolution hop farm in New Zealand. We use a light and soft malt bill of extra pale, flaked oats and wheat, chit, and dextrin malts. This year's hop blend is Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and a hint of Pacific Sunrise. Tapawera has bright, vinous, gooseberry and tropical flavours with bold citrus fruits and hints of jammy goodness, making it a firm favourite.
