Maison Sassy are passionate about cider. Their recipes are the product of years of fine tuning and are kept a strict secret. This is a medium-dry, full-bodied cider made from 22 varieties of hand-selected Normandy apples. It has a smooth effervescence, fresh apple flavours and the perfect balance between acidity, bitterness and roundness. It’s great with creamy cheeses and baked apple desserts.
