70cl / 45% - Made by finishing 14-year-old Pays d’Auge Calvados in rum casks from Long Pond distillery, this unique spirit is filled with concentrated apple flavour and the tropical notes of fine Jamaican rum. While the unusual maturation means that this is not legally classified as Calvados, fans of both apple brandy and rum will find lots to enjoy here. A small batch of casks filled at Distillerie Christian Drouin yielded just 1,890 bottles of this intriguing brandy – when they’re gone, they’re gone.
