It comes from Chapel Down, the country's award-winning, leading wine producer. Crafted from the finest Chardonnay parcels within their 100-acre Kit's Coty vineyard on the North Downs of Kent, it's harvested by hand in late October, followed by wild fermentation in French oak barrels for nine months.
