Our carefully selected range of country wines is made in small batches with great care for English Heritage by the award winning Lyme Bay Winery. These country wines are inspired by traditional recipes and created using modern methods to ensure the characteristic flavour of the fruits, flowers and plants is retained. Plum wine is a medium, rich, full flavoured wine. Rounded plummy characteristics make it wonderfully warming. Serve at room temperature. Great alongside a full flavoured fruit pudding or with an after dinner cheese board filled with creamy soft cheese and blue cheeses.
