Our Stonehenge Elderberry Wine is made in small batches with great care for English Heritage by the award winning Lyme Bay Winery. These country wines are inspired by traditional recipes and created using modern methods to ensure the characteristic flavour of the fruits, flowers and plants is retained. Elderflower wine is a traditional dry wine with a delicate floral aroma and flavour. It makes a perfect picnic or lunchtime wine and is an ideal aperitif.
