In collaboration with Hackney Church, we brewed a Cold IPA, a classic style with a cleaner, crisper finish. We used CTZ and Idaho hops in the whirlpool, then added Krush and Cashmere in the dry hop. Expect big, juicy mango notes with hints of papaya, lemon, and lime zest for a tropical burst of flavour. This vegan-friendly beer is perfect for hot summer nights.
