Bimber Palo Cortado Sherry Cask Finish, 70cl

This is a single cask, single malt whisky from Bimber distillery. The whisky was finished in a 2010 vintage Palo Cortado sherry butt from renowned sherry producer Gonzalez Byass. This was originally an exclusive bottling for Selfridges.. This is one of only 950 bottles released.. Bimber is a whisky distillery located in London. 'Bimber' means moonshine in Polish. The founders of the distillery emigrated to London from Poland in 2003 to start their business. The first casks were filled in May 2016. Since 2019, the distillery has been bottling Whisky in small batches or from single casks. Among them are mainly Ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks but also fresh Virgin Oak casks.
