75cl / 13.5% - Made exclusively with Pinot Blanc grapes from Alsace AOC, this wine displays enticing aromas of honey, marzipan, and ripe melon, joined on the palate by aromatic and textured notes of velvety fruits and freshly cut lemon basil. This French white wine is produced by one of the rising stars of the region, Marc Tempe. It pairs well with Asian cuisine but is also an excellent pairing for crab pasta.
