This is a relatively new type of spirit, first recognised by French authorities in 2007 – although the tradition has a long history. With subtle floral character and pungent fruity notes of pears, plums, and grapes, the Laballe Blanche d’Armagnac 2019 is best served over ice or in an innovative cocktail.
