70cl / 43% - An old-school applejack from Laird's made to a similar recipe to how they did before Prohibition. It's a straight applejack, made with at least 17 pounds of apple per bottle. Intensely flavoured and equally at home over ice as it is replacing whiskey in an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
