70cl / 48% - Bottled exclusively for The Whisky Exchange, this single-cask Cognac spent three years in French oak and an additional one year in a cask previously used for Banyuls, a French fortified wine. You can expect notes of tinned peaches and honeysuckle, with toasted baking spice, lychee and chocolate-covered-cherries on the palate. The finish is long and fruity with hints of oak spice.
