50cl / 47% - A 2010 Folle Blanche Cognac from Domaine Michel Forgeron that was matured in French oak barrels for 11 years, before being bottled in October 2021. Aromas of white pepper, blond tobacco, vanilla and dried apricot fill the nose, complemented by notes of citrus fruits, bitter orange zest and tingly pepper throughout the palate.
