75cl / 14% - The Mas Martinet represents a modern era for this region and contains a blend of grapes including Garnacha, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, and Syrah. The nose if full of dark fruits, kirsch, nutmeg and vanilla, followed by notes of black cherry, cacao and salted liquorice with firm tannins and a long finish. This wine needs a big hearty stew or roasted lamb.
