Perrine Fresne Sarmate NV Champagne

75cl / 12% - Perrine Fresne is producing her wines in the village of Sermiers in the south of the Petite Montagne de Reims, a village that is dominated by the co-opperatives. Sarmate is her debut cuvee and if this is how good she is now we are excited to see what happens next! On the nose are lovely aromas of bright fruit, pink lady apples and almond croissants. The palate is beautifully vibrant with crunchy apple and grapefruit along with a wonderful texture and a savoury umami finish.
